Zirconia Crowns
Tooth-colored crowns for baby teeth
When a baby tooth is too damaged for a filling, a crown can restore and protect it until the tooth is ready to come out on its own. We offer both tooth-colored zirconia and stainless steel crowns.
Dr. Truong will recommend the option that makes the most sense based on the tooth, how much healthy structure remains, your child’s bite, and cost. Before treatment begins, we’ll explain the options and why one may be a better fit for your child.
A durable, tooth-colored option that families often prefer for visible teeth.
A strong, proven option often recommended for back teeth. We contour each one to fit your child’s tooth.
Sedation and Sleep Dentistry
The right level of support for your child
We start with the least amount of support your child needs and only consider sedation when it can make treatment safer and more comfortable.
Helps children relax while staying awake and responsive.
An option for extensive treatment or children who cannot comfortably tolerate care while awake.
Some treatments can be completed in a single visit.
Dr. Truong recommends the lowest appropriate level of sedation.
Special needs dentistry
Sensory-friendly care for every child
We adapt visits around your child’s sensory, mobility, and communication needs to make care feel more comfortable and predictable.
Preventive Dental Care
Help stop cavities before they grow
Preventive dentistry helps protect developing teeth and reduce the need for more involved treatment later. We tailor your child’s exams, cleanings, fluoride, sealants, and other preventive care to their age, cavity risk, and comfort level.
Cleanings and Exams
Routine pediatric dental cleanings and exams are adapted to your child’s age and comfort level. We check their teeth, gums, and bite development and take X-rays when needed.
Dental Sealants
Dental sealants protect the deep grooves of permanent molars where cavities often start. They’re quick, painless, and don’t require drilling or numbing.
Fluoride Varnish
Fluoride varnish helps strengthen developing enamel and protect children’s teeth from cavities. It’s brushed on in just a few minutes.
Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF)
SDF can stop some cavities without drilling or injections. Because it permanently darkens treated decay, we’ll explain when it may be a good option for your child before treatment.
Restorative Treatments
When a tooth needs more than preventive care, we offer pediatric restorative treatments designed to protect comfort, function, and developing smiles.
We use tooth-colored composite fillings to repair cavities while keeping your child’s smile natural-looking.
Stainless steel crowns are strong, durable restorations often recommended for baby molars with significant decay. We contour each crown to fit your child’s tooth.
Zirconia crowns are durable, tooth-colored crowns that families often prefer for visible baby teeth. Dr. Truong will explain whether zirconia or stainless steel fits your child’s tooth best.
A pulpotomy, sometimes called a baby root canal, treats infection inside a primary tooth so it can stay in place until it is ready to fall out naturally.
If a baby tooth is lost too early, a space maintainer helps preserve room for the permanent tooth growing underneath.
For children who need treatment on several teeth, Dr. Truong can plan care as one coordinated treatment course. In some cases, treatment may be completed under general anesthesia in a single visit.
General anesthesia is an option for extensive treatment or for children who can’t comfortably tolerate care while awake. It can let Dr. Truong complete several treatments in a single visit.
Surgical and Trauma Treatments
When a baby tooth cannot be saved or is blocking a permanent tooth and keeping it from coming in on time, we can gently remove it.
We treat chipped, broken, displaced, and knocked-out teeth after falls, sports injuries, and other accidents. For a knocked-out permanent tooth, call us right away so we can guide you before you arrive.

Both. We offer tooth-colored zirconia crowns and stainless steel crowns, and Dr. Truong recommends whichever fits the tooth, your child’s age, and their bite.
No. We are a pediatric specialty practice, so orthodontic treatment goes to an orthodontist. We are happy to point you toward the right kind of provider.
In most cases, yes. We have sensory kits, staff experienced with autistic children, and the ability to treat a patient who needs to stay in a wheelchair. Tell us what your child needs when you call, and we will build the visit around it.
